Dogs are not allowed inside Bread & Water, but you can order food and drinks and enjoy it with your pup outside of the cafe at one of the indoor tables in the Torpedo Factory. The Torpedo Factory is busier on the weekends and there are only a few tables, so it’s generally better to take your pup here during the week.
