To start with, Lindsey is remarkably patient. It took me a year from the time I first contacted her to decide that I really would put my condo on the market. My hesitation centered on where I could go next. Condos in the building where I wanted to live rarely came on the market. During that intervening time she was always available to answer questions and listen to my ruminations but never tried to influence my decision. Once I did decide, things went quickly as we not only set to work to sell my place but also find the condo I knew I wanted. I love the marketing plan she developed for my sale and truly appreciate the efforts she made to find my new home. Both were great successes. My condo sold quickly. Through her contacts wtih other realtors, Lindsey identified the unit I bought before it even went on the market. Overall, working with Lindsey was a very satisfying experience.
