Veteran Identification Card

The Department of Veterans Affairs announced in November that it opened the application process for the Veterans Identification Card (VIC). This is another way to honor the service of Veterans and one that will make it easy to prove their service in order to obtain benefits in the community (Veteran discounts, etc). I just applied for mine and it was very simple. You’ll need your DD-214, copy of government-issued ID and a photograph to be used on the VIC. Apply here.
