I want to be THE realtor for the military Special Operations community. That mission drives everything I do. My business is built exclusively on referrals and I’ve been fortunate to work with an incredible network of military, veteran, and government personnel. When I first started in real estate, I worried that niching down might limit opportunities. But over time, I realized my client base is not changing and I can be of better service to them if I completely lean into the community. So I started focusing not just on the military, but specifically the special operations community–it’s where I served, and I understand the pace, pressure, and privacy they require. I stay connected by showing up — at military conferences, charitable events, and bourbon-fueled networking nights (because let’s be honest, we all love a good pour). I’m often asked, “Can you help me in [fill in the state]?” So I’ve built a nationwide network of real estate agents, lenders, and industry pros who understand this community — not just in theory, but in practice. I attend real estate conferences and other networking events with a focus on finding referral partners who have the experience, mindset, and discretion this clientele expects. That way, when my people get orders, or invest out of state, I can make sure they’re in good hands.
